Apple releases bug fixes and improvements in iOS and iPadOS 13.1
If you have downloaded iOS or iPadOS 13 to your iPhone or iPad, I highly recommend you download the update, 13.1 which became available for the iPhone and iPad on September 24th. This update contains several bug fixes and improvements.

If you need to check your iOS version, go to Settings > General > Software Update. If there is an unpdate available, tap on "Download and Install" at the bottom of the page. You can also install any updates through iTues by connecting your Apple device to your computer.
Once you have updated your device, be sure to update your applications by going to the App Store. Tap on your profile picture and select "Update All". There will be quite a few apps which will need to update so make sure you are on Wi-Fi.

- Apple Support - Offers different methods for contacting support personnel via phone, chat, e-mail or in person at a retail store.
- Apple Feedback - Offers an online feedback submission form for each of their products. Easy to use, requiring no logins.
You will need the folliowing information at hand to send to Apple to assist them in their investigation.
- Device model and configuration
- The version of iOS your device is running
- A short description of the problem you are experiencing, including what app you were using when experiecing the issue, etc.
- Steps taken to reproduce the issue you are having
- Write down or take screenshots of any pop-up boxes, error codes, etc.
- Some apps will allow you to send a crash/bug report directly. If this option is available, take it. Auto-reports often will include additional information.
You can also visit Apple's discussion forums and discuss your issue(s) with other users to see if anyone is experiencing the same issues as yours and whether they have found a resolution to the problem.
